Easy to mold to your ear.  Blocks sound as advertised.  It's a bit misleading that the lanyard is not included - but is an extra cost item.  As long as you know what you are getting - they are worth it.

These earplugs are easy to "make" and they work great.  Once they are made to fit your ear, when you first put them in again, you wonder if they are going to work (because they cool off and shrink a little) but when your body heat warms them up, they create a snug hold that blocks sound wonderfully!
