Much smaller than I expected, but I guess that's a plus. Dot is repeatable after removing and reinserting the boresighter, but getting a snug fit was a bit tricky. It is a nice training aid - plan to use it between visits to the range, and to help my wife be more comfortable with our home protection pistol. Works in my compact Ruger LCP just fine. Best price at Outdoor Bunker.
