Really do not know why I ordered this product. It says it drops the weapon down so you can use the pistol grip? I really do not think it did anything.

good fix- why extra? May 11, 2010

This allows me to use the standard bead site which was impossible without the spacer.  It does exactly what it says and was no trouble to install (if you know how to install the stock in the first place).

I do think it should come with the stock.  It was a tiny bit of a rip-off to find out later that I needed this spacer.

A must have for the ATI 6 Position Stock September 24, 2009

I saw a review on the ATI 6 position stock and was said that this is a must if you have sights on your shotgun.  Well my 590A1 has GR sights and this piece makes the sights line up perfectly when using the stock.  Without the spacer, it was more difficult to line up the sights.
