I'm turning my mosin nagant into a sniper rifle and I needed a scope with long eye relief. So I ordered this one and it got here on time. I quickly put the scope on my 3/8 dovetail rail under my rear sight...its works perfect! The eye relief is just the right amount for how far up the scope has to be!( i put the scope so far forwards because i still wanted to use stripper clips)
